• I grew up knowing that I wanted to be an attorney. My father and brother are both attorneys and it is something that I am passionate about. I received an undergraduate degree from Tennessee Technological University and in 2007 went on to receive a law degree from the Nashville School of Law. I worked with my dad and brother while in law school where I gained invaluable practical legal experience. I was admitted to the Tennessee State Bar in 2007 and am licensed to practice in all Tennessee State Courts. I have been practicing law in the Upper Cumberland Region since I opened my own solo law practice in 2007. I am experienced in many Courts including Cumberland, Putnam, White, Van Buren, and Warren Counties. I want to use my passion and experience to help you with your legal needs.• My wife and I are avid runners and enjoy caring for our four dogs and two cats when we are not on the lake.

Amanda Wallace | Paralegal/Assistant

Born and raised in Cumberland County, Tennessee, paralegal Amanda Wallace is a dedicated, passionate advocate for justice and children’s issues. After serving as a registered Medical Assistant locally for eight years, Ms. Wallace enrolled in Roane State Community College, achieving an AAS in Paralegal Studies in 2011 Cum Laude. Her legal experience includes interning for the honorable Larry M. Warner, Cumberland County’s General Sessions, Probate and Family, and Juvenile Courts Judge as well as serving as a volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for abused and neglected children since July of 2010. Ms. Wallace now brings her highly organized, efficient work ethic to Matthew Edwards’ law office. She enjoys outdoor activities with her family.
